Larry is an internationally recognized authority in the use of technology forecasting in the telecom industry.
His interests center on the adoption of new technology for telecom networks and the development of
communications services. Larry's work includes leadinf TFI research projects, serving as an expert witness
in regulatory hearings, and providing consulting to corporate and government clients.

Ray L Hodges
Senior Consultant, TFI

An early user of technology forecasting, Ray's focus at TFI is on emerging wireless technologies and markets
and their impacts on the public telecom network. Formerly with GTE, Ray brings 30 years of industry
experience to his forecasting work.
